Bio

A bit about me

I'm a high school student at Nansha College Preparatory Academy, with a deep interest in software engineering, systems programming, and building things that actually work.

I spend a lot of time writing code — exploring full-stack development, contributing to open source, and shipping projects that scratch real itches. I tend to care about correctness and performance before elegance.

Right now I'm especially interested in systems-level C/C++ programming, aviation software, and how to make web tooling faster and more pleasant to use.

I believe the best code is code you don't have to read twice — simple, direct, and built to last.

History

Timeline

  1. Education2023 – Present

    High School Student

    Nansha College Preparatory Academy

Pursuing a rigorous academic curriculum while building software projects in my spare time. Focused on computer science, mathematics, and systems design.

  2. Project2025

    xp2gdl90 — X-Plane GDL90 Plugin

    Open Source · C++

Built a native C++ plugin that encodes real-time flight data into GDL90 UDP packets for ForeFlight and other EFB apps. Cross-platform with < 0.1% CPU overhead.

  3. Project2025

Geomag — World Magnetic Model library

    Open Source · C + Python

Co-authored a fast C library and Python package implementing NOAA's WMM2025. 10–200× faster than pure-Python alternatives, published on PyPI.

  4. Project2025

    iPhone Mockup Generator

    Open Source · Next.js

Full-stack Next.js app that auto-detects iPhone models from screenshots and composites them onto device frame assets. Deployed on Vercel.

  5. Milestone2023

    Began Open Source Journey

    GitHub

Started writing code publicly, contributing to open source projects, and shipping real software — turning curiosity into craft.
